Refunds & Returns
Standard Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at info@mountainsupplyandlogistics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Special-Order Items
Items sourced specifically for your order (special orders) are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please inspect all deliveries promptly and report any damage within 3 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
